Dealers say it's not just Samsung. Its iPhone as well. Customer after customer complaining of no bluetooth anymore. Service desk at dealership have no idea what problem is. Does anyone know what is going on or what solution might be? Had hoped recent software install on phones would have patched problem but no luck. What the hell is happening?
Still connected, see the media on-screen, song progress moving forward, just no sound. Fix is to shut off Bluetooth on the phone, turn it back on, manually hit connect on the Bluetooth connections and it usually works again. It was an issue in my 2017 S also on iOS and Android, multiple phones. Now on iOS 12.4.
