I’d expect the CC2 to have better snow/wet traction than any “sport” all season. The AS4 has grip and handling characteristics closer to a summer performance tire. It’s got “OK” snow traction, good wet traction, and much better dry traction and handling than an all season tire typically has.

Both have positive feedback from consumer reviews. Fewer bumps and a more centered feeling are the highlighted features of the Crossclimate 2. Although the reviews are not as many as that of the Crossclimate 2, Michelin Defender 2 tires are said to provide a soft ride that is somehow similar to the Defender T+H.

I ended up deciding to buy these tires instead of the Pirelli Scorpion Weather Active tires and despite being fairly more expensive than the Pirelli tires ultimately I knew that the Michelin CC2 tires were a proven commodity with a decent rebate at this time.
