But, take over all turfs enough to prevent attacks in any zone but the stepping stone - zone 1, then repeat the process to add grove density to zone 2, a little closer to the other city. Oh Man I remember the time I got all 100% of territories there is a balls territory in San fierro that spans one whole block and doesn't spawn enough enemies to trigger the gang war 8t took me 3 days of running around the block until I managed to find enough ballast to trigger it.

re: Gang Territories *HELP* According to the guide you need 35% of the territories to open the final mission. A bit of a burn for me considering I had about 75% before I left for San Fierro.
