You literally only keep the cosmetics. The Mantis and BD-1's paintjobs, ponchos, saber hilts and kyber crystals. Nothing else. Honestly, NG+ in this game isn't really good. I mean the point of NG+ is to keep all of your abilities and gadgets to make the next run easier.
