While all three produce bokeh balls with a cat’s eye shape at their fastest apertures, the 56mm’s are much larger due to its very fast f/1.2 aperture. At f/2.8, on the other hand, those of the 56mm (and to some extent the 60mm) assume the shape of the aperture whereas the 50mm’s remain very round. 50mm at f/2. 56mm at f/1.2.
